We collect what it takes to fill your order, deliver it and support you.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Bestiee is operated by Aidble Pty Ltd (ABN 16 692 910 768). We handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy applies to bestiee.com and to orders, enquiries and accounts made through it.
What do we do with your information?
When you buy from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us. This can include:
- ✓Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order or create an account
- ✓Order history and the products you buy, so we can deliver, process returns and help with reorders
- ✓NDIS number and plan manager or support coordinator details, if you choose to order through NDIS funding
- ✓Business details such as ABN and contact person, if you apply for a trade or distributor account
- ✓What you tell us when you contact us, request a sample, join the waitlist or give feedback
- ✓Your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our site, collected automatically
We use it to process and deliver your orders, manage your account, handle returns, claim NDIS funding on your behalf where you ask us to, answer your questions and improve our products and website.
The products you order may say something about your health. We treat that as sensitive information: we only use it to supply and support your order, and we never use it for advertising.
Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you give us personal information to complete a purchase, place an order, arrange a delivery or return an item, you consent to us collecting and using it for that purpose only. If we want to use it for something else, like marketing, we'll either ask you directly or give you a clear way to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind after opting in, you can withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or to keep collecting, using or disclosing your information, at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at hello@bestiee.com.
Disclosure
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers below so they can do their job for us, with your plan manager or support coordinator when you order through NDIS funding, or when we're required to by law.
Payments and hosting
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers, so we never see or store your full card number. Stripe is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest security standard set by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Your account and order data is stored in a secure database on servers behind a firewall, and accessed only by staff who need it to serve you.
Third-party services
Our service providers only collect, use and disclose your information as far as they need to perform the services they provide to us. We currently use:
Some of these providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies for the information we give them, and we recommend reading them. Some are located, or store data, outside Australia, including in the United States. When we use an overseas provider, we take reasonable steps to make sure it handles your information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or app, you're no longer covered by this Privacy Policy.

Links on our site may take you to other websites. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Security
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practice to make sure your personal information isn't lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed without permission. Our site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and sign-in cookies can't be read by scripts on the page. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, but if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.

Age of consent
By using this site, you confirm that you're at least 18, or that you're 18 or over and have given consent for a minor in your care to use this site. Carers, guardians and nominees can order and manage an account on behalf of the person they support.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy at any time, so please review it from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted here, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. If we make a material change, we'll say so here so you know what we collect, how we use it, and when we disclose it.
If our business is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so we can keep supplying products to you.
Accessing your information and complaints
You can ask to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, make a complaint, or just ask a question, by emailing hello@bestiee.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
